January 3, 2014 Hello all Miscellany of memories’ users! My name is Janina Tulip, I’m 60 years old. Well, I found my old diary in the attic and I would love to share my history from the past. I thought that my story could be interesting for some of you, dear Miscellaniers! So I was born in a communist system and I was imbued with communistic propaganda. When I was a child I couldn’t deal with it because there was a huge disagreement between what was said at home and what was said in school. I knew that in school I couldn’t repeat some things I had heard at home. I also knew I couldn’t say what I wanted to say. It was so painful to me and as a kid I didn’t understand it. As for myself it was a colossal and hard problem to live with. 9
